A maintenance plan exists to catch that stuff while it’s still a twenty-dollar part, and to put a plumber’s eyes on the whole system once a year.

You get a written report of anything trending the wrong way, ranked by urgency, with no pressure attached.
Members also move to the front of the line when the schedule jams and pay a member rate on any repair during the year, drain cleaning included. Fairview sits on our route days, 40 minutes south of the Springfield shop, so members here get first claim on those slots.
