Hydro Jetting in Cedar Grove
A cable machine pokes a hole through a clog. A hydro jetter washes the entire pipe wall back to bare metal or clay with up to 4,000 PSI of water. That difference matters when the same drain keeps failing, because a hole punched through grease closes again in months while a clean pipe stays clean for years.
Cedar Grove sends us two regular jetting jobs. The first is the kitchen line in the older homes near the town center, where decades of grease have packed the original cast iron so tight that a cable just polishes a tunnel through the middle. The second is the main sewer lateral on the wooded lots, where jetting flushes out the fine root mats and sludge that a cutting blade leaves behind.
Every jetting job here starts with a camera inspection, because high-pressure water belongs in structurally sound pipe and nowhere else. If the camera finds a collapsed or badly broken section, you need repair, not cleaning, and we will show you the footage either way.
For lines that clog on a schedule, jetting usually resets the clock by years, while routine drain cleaning handles the everyday stoppages. The full process is on our hydro jetting page, and everything else we do in town is on the Cedar Grove page.
